Now that's just impossible SF. Oh ,hang on a minute.

The real talk around Hereford last week was that the cost of bank work is now so prohibitive that WSA could start an off shoot and start touting for work.

Most certainly "fishery improvement" although the jury is out on whether the fishery is actually improved. Either way it appears it costs a lot of money these days.
