Re: Wye Discussion 2015

Re: Wye Discussion 2015

SF's evidence of a gene that controls the size of salmon looks compelling - the trouble is, his theory is that it as been almost wiped out by over fishing. The wonders of modern science - they can...

Re: Wye Discussion 2015

Why the denigration of anyone who changes their thinking, does an about turn or has a damascene moment? As an experiment I was interested in SNR but that is a far as any "approval" I might have went....

Re: Wye Discussion 2015

Where does Washington's post state he is referring to the Jones Rpot and where do I mention it?

Feel free to have an argument with yourself but do keep me out of it!

The Large Woody Debris, in the forms of dams across tributaries, was removed to allow salmon access into the spawning streams.

Yes we are all adding as much coarse and large woody...

Re: Wye Discussion 2015

So you think it is unfair for anybody to pass any comment on SNR until about October 2017. If so expect to be disappointed, given that SS, the WSA Chairman and great supporter of SNR has already...

Re: Wye Discussion 2015

Re: Wye Discussion 2015

I appreciate that typing with bandaged paws must be difficult SF, but even your choice of figures and years in your final paragraph takes some nerve! Why not use the figures for the 5 year averages...
