The only thing I appear to be missing Steven is the cap that covers the nut on the end of the "shaft", but I would like to find out what parts are available. Would be good if any of the original drag system has been revised also ..... and possibly a new shaft Im looking at this reel for life

used at at kenmore on friday and it was excellent and without fault, just needs tlc .

For some reason not all e mails get answered (??)

Don't think hardy's supply the spare parts now or so I read on another forum?

Thank you for your email regarding the Marquis 1 reel, unfortunately we do not have the ‘O’ check spring for this reel however our reel repairer may be able to strengthen this for you.

The cost of the overhaul will be

Labour - £30.00

Parts used – TBC if any used

Post& packaging - £6.50

If you wish to go-ahead then please return the reel with a covering note to our address at Alnwick
