I have the Snowbee one .
I find it perfect for boat fishing.
It can be a tad heavy if I do a lot of walking when river fishing - but nothing too bad.

Snowbee Auto-Inflate Fly Vest - Dark Moss Green | Uttings.co.uk

Maybe not the best link to give you as they are out of stock but that's the one I have.

When all else fails , a running kick in the b0ll0x will often work wonders !!!

I have a Spinlock Deckvest Lite

It has attachable pockets which are brilliant for holding fishing stuff for when Im walking around - like when Mullet fishing.

I'd recommend a proper life jacket they can be worn over any clothing a decent fully automatic can be bought for 50 upwards.

After a fair bit of questioning and research I went for this one: Automatic Lifejacket with waistbelt 165N - Camouflage Pattern

Specific fishing jackets were about an extra 20 and in some instances had no crotch strap which from kayaking experience I consider essential to prevent it riding up when inflated.

Just bought it, but going by experience with both PFD’s and inflating jackets I’m pretty confident it’ll be comfortable for extended wearing. One of the big benefits with this one is that it’s short and so the activator is higher up to allow for deep wading.
