I know that both James and myself have cast further than 134 in practice but what sets Paul apart at the moment is that he can do it in competition.

It was awesome to watch. I picked up a few things watching Paul that I'm now working on for Estonia.

Are there any events planned for the north of England? The instructors all seem to be based well below Yorkshire.

There's a meeting at Widmerpool, Nottinghamshire, on Aug 14. Check out the BFCC website for details.
It can't be far from you, and you'll have a great day.
    Cheers,
    Angus

Height still doesn't account for much, work on lower arm strength and speed if anything, and a good core. Technique is still king in this game, most people that beats me are shorter

Hope to see you in Estonia

    Cheers
