You will find some info there:
UNA PATAGON1A | Repositioning & protecting the region, collaborativelly

It looks like some black things will work, provided they are fitted with some white rubber legs: leeches, zonkers, nymphs. On the other hand, not a lot of info about the size...

I have only fished the Rio Gallegos once. I assume that you will be fishing out of Las Buitreras Lodge. The guides will provide you with the most appropriate flies, but here is a potential list, which was sent to me before my trip:

Popular fly patterns for Rio Gallegos: Bunny Leeches, Zonkers, Woolly Buggers black, olive #4-12, articulated string leech types with electric blue flash on #2-4, Woolly worms in different colours #4-12, Girdle or Yuk Bug rubber legs #4-12, ***** Creek nymphs orange and black #4-12, Bead head nymphs Prince, Hare’s Ear #10-14, Traditional Atlantic Salmon flies such as Bomber, Green Butt or other waking dry flies #4-8 for use in Riffling Hitch, 1 ½ to 2 inch tube flies, Collie Dog tube flies 3 ½ - 4 ½ long, Sunray Shadow.
    I hope this helps!
    Tight lines and enjoy Patagonia!
