Has anyone fished Tanfield recently? I am hoping to go in the next couple of weeks. Anyone know how it's been fishing? Are waders a necessity or a bonus?

Not fished here for a couple of years due to ill health, so planning to start in next couple months. couple of questions what weight line to get the most enjoyment and recommended fly's.

I use a 7wt line as I use a 7wt rod but a 5/6 Wt will be ok
