Some Serbian rivers don't have trout, grayling or huchen but they are still beautiful and excellent for fly fishing.

They are inhabited with the European #1 warm water Cyprinid-predator.

Looks stunning! Could you please elaborate a bit of the Asp fishing - how many would you expect to catch on an average day? What size? etc? Thanks in advance!
Fundamentally fishing is a philosophy. A philosophy of earth, and growth, and quiet places. In it there is a rule of life, a recognition of permanences. It makes you notice the little things of nature, wherever you may be. ~Bernard Venables

    Hi Nick s!
    Sorry for the delay.

In the middle of the season (summer-autumn) I usually catch few asps on a day. The average size of these fish is about 60 cm. Sometimes I catch a few fish over 70 cm. There are days when I look for smaller fish under 50 cm, and then I catch a lot of them. It is a good fun too...
