    Morning all
It was a bad night for rain last night it lashed it down. This is not good for the rivers. It is not good for our bungalow that has penetrating damp in the lounge. I have diagnosed the cause but been unable to solve the problem as I haven't technically bought the property yet.

I have Keep Fit this afternoon as I missed Monday's session.

    Morning guys.
River was at a nice height this morning (07:30), it won't have stopped that way.
I've been dodging the heavy showers as it's bin day (now complete) and I've ordered a new garage roof and door. Just to have to see my mate at the PC shop, I'll have to go fully waterproofed up.

Hope you soon get that penetrating damp sorted Alban and it's not too difficult to do.

More expense Ged a good job you have long pockets.

The solution to the damp is relatively simple, larger diameter gutters, and RWP to take the volume of water created by a downpour type shower.

I'm torn whether go to Laybower on Sunday the forecast is for constant showers.

Not a bad morning here so far. River was dropping but still a bit higher than I would like. I'll see how it is tomorrow. I may be allowed out.

    Good luck with all Alban.

Just sorted the wifi extender out.

I had budgeted for all this Alban though quite a bit more expensive than my initial thoughts, just aswell I've saved on the car.

What did you end up doing Ged?

No fishing tomorrow looks like it will be far too windy up here 20mph plus winds.
Friend flies back into Manchester but looks like lighter winds down there.

    Hi SteveN.
Got a wifi extender. Only a minute to setup and I've plugged it in the dining room and can get wifi at the back of garage. Problem may come when setting up the wifi on the charger, passwords and such and I like to use MAC filtering for extra safety.
