I'd sack the f****r, terrible thing for him to say. He'll probs end up getting a pay rise and a promotion at work for it though.

I seen a similar thing regarding alcoholics a few weeks ago imo the mere suggestion of either is absolutely disgraceful and I'm T total and skinny.

I'm 6ft on the dot and weigh about 14.5st - according to my BMI at my last medical checkup, I'm obese...I found that quite hilarious as I'm in OK shape generally!

That would be the end of You've Been Framed. Fat people falling over is the best bit of the show.

I'm 6ft and 11st I can eat what I want, when I want and as much as I want without ever putting on weight?
That aside where do they draw the line, if I'm speeding and have a accident will I be entitled to help? It could be argued that I could have avoided it by driving more carefully, thin end of the wedge springs to mind?

BMI is a waist (note the spelling ) of space. Had to use it when in work and some of the people it defined as obese was ludicrous, I hate it (not that I'm obese or anyway near)!
There are many reasons for obesity; quite a few are medical, some medication related, generic (runs in the family, or is that lack of running? ).
You don't have to eat a lot of food or fatty food to become obese, just eat at the wrong time (just prior to retiring for the night ).

Haven’t really heard much of Michael Buerk lately until this controversial little opine hit the news. I guess there will be a bit of work for him for a while; maybe a tv documentary or a book, or both! Anyway, the few bob from I’m A Celebrity couldn’t last forever.

Well that explains that then. The night before I retried from the fire service I went out with the lads for a drink and a curry. In the years since I've put on the pounds. My BMI puts me in the obese category. My dad and all his brothers were obese they all made into there nineties. My dad was only in hospital twice and one of those was 3 days before he past away.
