Glasgow Angling Centre customer service

Default Glasgow Angling Centre customer service

I would just like to say I have had a few problems with different products over the last year and feel that the angling centre couldn't do anymore to help. The last problem was a Greys Strata wading jacket which they just replaced there and then. No quibble at all. So credit where its due the staff have always been very friendly and dealt with any problems to great satisfaction.

If you can get to the shop it seems they are very good, the mail order sector is and always has been an absolute shambles! Expensive too, you can always do better using forum traders.

POOR SERVICE !
I spent 70 odd quid there recently including some zap a gap glue which was hard. So I returned it by post and never heard a word for 2 weeks when I enquired I was told it was different to the invoice which said brush on glue and the glue I returned was not brush on. They refused to change or refund I will never buy a thing from them again.

they have lost a customer for a bottle of glue good business!

That's more like good old GAC, worst service I've ever experienced!

Wish I had seen this before my order went it, learning the hard way now.

Shocking

Does anyone else find that there prices are so much higher than anyone else ? Almost every single product I look at is cheaper elsewhere?

I proposed spending near on 500 recently and what the possibility of a discount at that would be, nowt I was told!

I only ever go to kill some time normally, they won't ever see my money.

Well I'm must admit , every single thing I've bought over the years has been spot on . Mostly mail oreder & only stepped foot in there twice , every time they've had what I wanted & been very pleasant .
