Thanks Alban. Still a ton to learn. I hate to think how much stuff I have gone through. I have a dedicated vacuum cleaner that sees a lot of use. Stripped old ties and re used hooks. I now have 5, no 6 shoe boxes full of fibre and other stuff just for Pike flies not including my wheel of flash and capes.

Just ordered some Nayat hair which is what I really wanted for the head of this fly.

Stripped old ties.
Harrow or Eton, Steve? Rodney Bewes's autobiography implies he spent time on the playing fields of Eton.
