Superfine is a WAPSI product; a quick Google shows that Sportfish, Anglers Lodge and Funky Fly Tying are distributors - but sorry I
    don't know who's best.

Just buy wool and unpick it. That's all it is.

Superfine is "fine". But IMO the absolute best dubbing for small flies is Skeeter Fuzz from Fly Tyers Dungeon located in Stevensville, Montana.Google it.
A small operation, he has some other remarkable dubbing lines, too... lots of fine rubber legs and UV. Can attest to the effectiveness of his "Krappish" series. Shouldn't be too difficult or expensive to get dubbing shipped to the U.K..

The finest "fine" I know of is mole fur, I only use it for a few patterns these days, mainly fuzzy buzzers, but I do believe it is available now in all manner of colours, a whole skin will last several lifetimes.
