    Very nice - simple but innovative. It's also nice to see that "proper" winging technique still exists.

    nice one Scotfly, tis many a year since I seen any reference to a heckam and peckam. Many moons ago I used a heckam and peckam or some variant ( old grey matter is struggling to remember) for sea trout, to be honest allthough I did catch on it it didn't live up to expectations.

    At the timeI remember being given some mallard wings from a shooting friend, he neglected to mention that the dead mallard had resided in a plastic bag in his boot over a weekend -
