    Default C and C Midge

Sorry, but admin has asked me which account I'd like to keep. So I am having to let braveheart go and since I will no longer have control over my sbs's I have no choice but to delete them.
However these sbs's and many more are available, free, on ukflydressing and the wild fishing forums.

Excellent looking "bug", Braveheart. Thanks very much.
What do the letters "C and C" Midge stand for?

    Thanks,
    Bill

    Braveheart,

That is a super looking midge - will definately be joining my flys to tie and try list!

Now a black bodied/hackled version would be a perfect black gnat.

    Thanks for that

    In a word no.
It was featured in one of the magazines a few years ago, but other than the pattern I remember nothing else.

I shall definitely try this one.
Looks perfect and, more importantly for me, easy.
    Thanks,

This 'C and C Midge' has a very similar profile to that of a 'Super Pupa' which has a stiff cock's hackle cliped top and bottom. Works well when caddis are about.
