Question What flies for an evening session at North third?

Hi all,
As some of you may know or not i fish north third fishery reguarly but tomorrow is the first time i am going to fish it on an evening session from the boat. my question is has anyone fished an evening session on north third recently and if so what flies/tactics worked??? or can anyone recomened from experiance the best flies to catch rainbows/browns during an evening session.

Been a lot of redlegs(Heatherfly) about at Carron.and Coulter.might be some at Nt Third.If so get a dry black hopper or CDC hopper on for some great sport.
