Depends on type of fishing, river or stillwater! line weight etc and what rod to teamed up with.
2 to look at Wychwood Truefly SLA reel, 2 spare spools and case.
Greys GX series again reel, 2 spare spools and case.
There are 2 sizes in each model.

try a okuma SLV, solid and reliable for the price. I have several for my 3wt, 6wt, and 10wt rods and use both in fresh and saltwater with no problems.

Welcome to the forum, have a look at the BFR Modula reels I've recently bought a pair and rate them highly. http://www.amazon.co.uk/BFR-Modula-Titanium-Fishing-Reel/dp/B004M3LV36, lightweight and with spare spools (cassette style)

Yes, welcome, maybe see you at Ladybower, you've only got to go past one pub to get there.
