Default Theo's Book "Trout in Dirty Places"

Read my special advance copy over the weekend and it is superb. Although I knew that it was going to be good from coming into contact with the project during the research and writing process, the finished result surpasses those expectations.

Apparently, this book is not available in minor markets like Estonia, the Marshall Islands, and, oh yes, America.

Allegedly this is because of the author's outrageous demands for seven figure advances, that he be hand-fed only blue M&Ms and Jack Daniels by booth babes during every book signing, and that he be paid more than eight pence per copy for every book sold on Amazon.

    Luddite,

Thanks, but thinking on I will pm the author and ask if his book covers anywhere near me. It wouldn't be fair otherwise.

Or perhaps the author would post up a list of towns included in the book?

Dammit, Grouse, I knew I'd missed a few key rockstar diva mandatories in my publishing contract. JD, booth babes and blue M&Ms... what's not to like? (I think the book should be globally available via Amazon after the real publication date, but please let me know if not, and I'll investigate with Merlin Unwin)
