Default Which species and which European countries?

If you were able to do a big European trip, which species would you want to go for and in which European countries?

I guess to start things off....

Grayling in Slovenia
Salmon in Iceland

Interested to hear some more ideas on what species such a trip could incorporate and which countries would be best

The rivers of the Austrian Alps for the wild brownie's, rainbow's and brook trout, fantastic fishing in beautiful surroundings.

Slovenia for me. Often dreamt of how to get a week abroad without the wife, fully guided over there....always rudely awoken by the morning alarm clock before Ive ever figured it out

Have to agree with Gary, Austria does look stunning too. I spoke to some guys last year about the place and they wrote some words with mouthwatering pics.

Austria

Austria 2
