    Default Looking for water

Hi, Just joined and looking for somewhere to wet a line near Dewsbury in West Yorks. I've tried Scout Dike Res, (Barnsley trout club water) near Penistone. And I've found a mention of Arnfield Fly Fishery near Glossop, anyone tried it? Or is there anywhere nearer?

I can't say I've ever been, but at one time I was working in Wakefield, I came across this place:
    Walton Hall Fly Fishery
...no idea if it's still in business!

Thanks for the link but nothing there for this part of the world.
I've heard Walton Hall has reopened with new owners and it's improving from the weed infested place it used to be, with new boats too. Have to give it a try.
    Thanks again.

Thanks Bob, Been to Thryburgh and your right on a weekend and fine weather it's surrounded by walkers with their dogs, haven't caught one yet!
Lindholme used to be very good, must try again now the trout lake is open.
I'll have a look at the one near Sheffield.
Thanks to all for the info.
