Personal choice but I like cassette reels. One reel, several lines ready to go. Only catching modest trout in fresh water so no need for the greatest drag etc.
Airflo Classic Cassette and Greys QRS do what I need.
Only when the last tree has been cut down, the last fish caught and the last river poisoned, will we realise, we cannot eat money.

One a budget I'd look at the Airflo Switch Black Cassette Reel. A rock solid no nonsense reel which surprised me with how good it was. £100+ I'd look at the Snowbee Spectre Cassette great quality cassette reel and the 5/6 will also take a 7# with 20lb backing, ( I have a feeling the switch will also but haven't tried it).

SKB Cassette reel.just Google SKB and talk to Richard. I have a pair that I've had for about 4 years no problem and real customer service. I broke a cassette and Richard just sent me one. Can't get better than that. And he is a level 2 instructor so knows what he is talking about.
