Steve, I’d heard that if you have a bad reaction to the jab, it means you’ve had the virus, not sure how much truth there is in that but a couple of my customers who have both had the virus were rough after the jab.
At least you got out Tom, I’ve not been on a river since before Christmas.

Got my jabs booked, the first a week tomorrow and the second at the back end of May.
No chance of any grayling fishing for me now but the local river that runs through the town that has browns in should be fishable come the 15th.

Beautiful drive through North Wales today with a bit of work now and again;), saw 3 red kites, one was diving right next to me into a field by the road, a magnificent sight.
Broke a tooth at the weekend so at the dentist at 4.30 to see what can be done.

Had a couple of hours in the garden this morning tidying up, got the pond cleared of debris also and the pump back on, disturbed a few frogs so signs of spring and they will be mating soon with the croaking for a few nights.
Another stew in the oven, Chinese style this time with black beans...
Have you not got Netflix or amazon prime on tv Noel, plenty of good stuff to watch.
Been out for a bike ride this afternoon, hard work coming back against the wind and rain, feel quite refreshed now though, put a beef casserole in the oven before I went so should be ready soon (y)

Saw some lovely shipmans buzzers on FB last night that a chap had tied, I just can't get on with seals fur, either it's a great big lump or nothing on the hook
Quite pleasant out and about today, it will probably chuck it down when I'm out on my run later:rolleyes:

Had the afternoon on Westlowmere, by heck it was cold, a strong easterly blowing right down the lake, the fish seemed shoaled up at one end with a a few anglers in the most sheltered pegs, I got on the coner with the wind coming from the right which made things tricky, bumped 3 in the first hour...
