Well done and great pics. Im just back myself from a few days on the lake . We fished four days from Sunday last and got fish on all days though there are still many small fish about. Tuesday and Wednesday were excellent with plenty of 12 inch plus fish. Wed in particular was a nasty wet windy...
Good luck today ...I would give brackwansha a good throw and Poteen island..... If there are no rising fish but a few mayfly about strip the flies fast through the water..the bigger the wave the better. If no wave try a few variants of dry..if nothing swop to buzzer and move slightly deeper.
Ive hear good reports this past two weeks with fish feeding and a few fly about...just getting started so you might be just right. Im not going until the following week. Let me know how you get on. Id love to know how Arrow fishes. Its been years since I was there.
I do remember the year the...

I know Flannerys well. That's the bay on the inside of Errew peninsula. It runs from Errew bay up to the islands and the other side of the islands is Neds bay
Has anyone been out on Conn recently? Any reports? Also..there have been one or two references in reports to "Pratts Bay"..which bay is that?? Ive fished the upper part of the lough for 30 yrs and Ive only heard Pratts bay mentioned this past three years.
