Two English clubs in the Champions League final and Europa League final, well done guys great achievement.

Pity Man City didn't manage to get to a final, but they are still on course for a treble.

And just to hijack this post Leinster for a Champions Cup and Pro 14 double double.

I'd rather play Ajax to be honest on a couple of levels. First I thought they would have been easier to beat than Spurs, and secondly Ajax are one of the special clubs in world football. They should be the example to many clubs. Never understood why a sleeping giant like Newcastle has not tried to copy the model - seems a perfect fit?

    "Blah blah blah English players..."

Not sure about Spuds but these lads played for Liverpool against Barca on Tuesday night:

    Trent Alexander-Arnold
    Andy Robertson
    Jordan Henderson
    James Milner
    Joe Gomez
    Daniel Sturridge

Trent Alexander-Arnold is a local lad too.

Anyway, I'd have preferred Ajax but we'll beat Spuds 2-1.
