Strange one, tried the image at 1200 wide, and a pop-up came up saying that I was x-amount kb over my limit, also gave up on Flickr, as the upgrade to pro account never worked for me, and sent them a message, all I got was an email back saying (try looking up some question page to see if anyone had the same problem) to see how to resolve it, not a lot of help there from them if im honest. anyway thanks Col.

Aye, can't say I was thrilled when Flickr pulled the old hostage stunt. But by then I had over 5000 images on it, and the alternative was to leave it to them to kill the first-born 80% of them. So for £20 a year (or was it 25?), I stumped-up. These days I mostly use it for hosting non-photos (irony?) such as the OS screen-shot posted above. I didn't have any problems paying them their ransom money, though???

As you say, the amount of images you/I had on (myself 3000+) it is worth biting the bullet, at least you got through the ransom. just glad I still have a portable hard drive, with thousands of raw images from the past years.

It's been ages since I browsed this thread and I must say you fellows haven't lost a step. The images are spectacular!

I'm back on Page 444 now but will get caught up, the Short Eared Owls are just fabulous camera work guys, just fabulous. Everything is good work, the Nuthatches the Hawks the ducks and on and on.

This is just getting worse, now I cant even upload an image at 800px @ 180km. pop-up saying im a 123km over my limit.
this is from the insert an image link from computer. in the reply box, never had this bother before.

have just deleated my flickr account, so will open a new one latter, and see where it goes from there.
