Default does sandyknowes still exist??

hi does anyone know if this fishery is still running because i heard rumours a while back that this place was no longer running?

if anyone has any info please let me know thanks

I was told that some beavers appeared at the water. Someone had released these things into the area.

The powers that be insisted that the owner close the water and that they be captured alive and transported away. This took time and afterwards the owner decided that it was not economically viable to open it back up and get the place going again.

Another water has however opened up at Willowgate, just located near the Friarton Bridge on the north side of the Tay.

Think the lease expired, it needed a lot of silt removed and neither the leaseholder nor the estate were willing to pay for it so it just closed as a fishery.

yeh i heard it needed work done and the owners refused to pay for the work so ended up closing i live in perth so not far away from it was a nice place when it was open though and yes ive been to willowgate quite a few tiems over the past few weeks lovely setting and nice friendly people there to only problems is its a bit weedy but other than that very nice place to fish
