    Whilst I'm not a huge fan of C&R, that video is a text book on how to do it.. Excellent. Very good indeed.

    My rod (at the end bottom left) is a chapmans blank i finished myself, the one with the lovely bend in it is from here:

    Reaction timing was spot on! I sometimes react to quickly and loose the fish!

    I love it when a small fish puts a good bend in the rod!

    Nice video, is that you wearing the shades and putting a bend in the rod?
