Those piscifun reels are great for the money , I got a lightweight sword In black . I use it on a Scott Radian.
Or maybe a classic Orvis would be a nice match .

I love my Nautilus FWX 3/4# but they are like the proverbial steaming pile of rocking horse.......

Both Guideline and Lamson reels have great tolerances and uber smooth clutch's and I've always fancied a Sage 2540, for 150 I'd be looking at used as there are some great well looked after reels out there and lets be honest we're never going to wear them out

Another vote for the Piscifun sword, 6061 barstock, flawless anodising and a cork drag for 40.

I have a snowbee spectre and think there's just too many similarities between the internal parts not to be made in the same factory, if I'm wrong then they are using equall quality components to make them.

Thanks lads, I think I had a different recommendation in nearly every post

In the end, I decided to take a scenic route to work this morning and called in at Walkers of Trowell. It turned out they had one of the last in-stock Hardy Uniquas in 2/3/4. And as it was old stock it was a very reasonable price. What else could I do? It seems like a good match for the rod at first waggle and I can't wait to put a line on it and christen them both

Snowbee Geo, daniellson both v good. I have a vosselor and spare spools so use it more than the others as I like to use French nymph or silk for dries and interchange so I use the vosselor a lot due to spare spool. Brilliant reel, great German engineering.

Sage click is one , Danielsson Nymph is an alternative, or if you want bullet proof performance Orvis Battenkill click at the momentis a decent price.
