Whereas we do have to be understanding of the effects of the Corona Virus - staff on furlough, postal delays etc - I have noticed a marked decline in service standards from some, traditionally good, suppliers.So many of these places these days Al.
Take money first, worry about the service after.
Al,@PaulD I didn't know you got clear in 20lb, I've just bought 20lb amnesia because I don't like the colour of chameleon, I'd have preferred maxima, 15lb is the heaviest I've seen ultra green and clear, I'll know next time ?

I've had exactly the same with them,taking orders and payment for items that aren't in stock and then Paypal hanging on to MY money before they eventually decide to return it. I doubt that I will use them again.What really hacks me of is them not declaring its out of stock, if I'd have known I'd have got from elsewhere, snowbee spectre spools aren't difficult to get, thankfully I was spoiling myself i wasn't desperate for them.
Before I bought the spectre I bought a snowbee geo cassette it wasn't in stock it then was 3 weeks before I could spend the money again ?

Exactly this.The general rule is that if Serious Fishing claims they have a product which is out of stock anywhere else, you can be pretty certain that they don't have it either
