Well within my comfort zone
Still have some strong winds here, had some sharp showers throughout the day, enough to lift the local river. Forecast for weekend isn't that inviting. I'm about 400+ miles south of you, so it's on it's way.

I might have to curtail my last day at the salmon today because of wind/rain Eeek

Jim
We've had it here for at least 4/5 days.. I went for a walk yesterday and my little river is flooded. The first picture I was able to stand on a wall and fish upstream and downstream.. Stay safe Jim..

I think that's it for me too. Strong winds here today and a very poor forecast for tomorrow. Went out yesterday and managed a very dark sea trout of about 2lbs and a nice silvery finnock of around 3/4 pound. I think I will leave it for tomorrow and look forward to fly tying and warm nights by the fire. Sadly no rainbow trout or grayling fishing to enjoy in the winter months up here in Shetland.
