Got bored this morning so knocked up a few booby eyes for the coming match season.

Range of different sizes on different sized hooks.

Not long couple of hours max with the Dremmel.

All whipped on the hooks and varnished .

Rob,

I missed it when you first posted. When you say "varnished" do you mean just the thread tie-in areas, or do you also varnish the foam?

I ask only because the foam seems to have a sheen to it, perhaps a bit more than I've seen.

I just dab a touch of varnish or superglue on the underside of the eyes only ( on the thread)

Just to hold them in place securely......be careful don't get superglue between the eyes or it will just set as a foam block.

OK, got it. I didn't think you'd varnish the eyes themselves, but thought I'd check as, if so, I've never seen it done and thought it was a technique I'd been missing!!
