I have been bank fishing three times since opening day and blanked each time.
There has been no visible signs of fly life on any of the days.
My method has been three traditional size 12 or 14 wets on a 15ft leader and floating line and working my way around the lochs, casting along the shore as I go.
Has anyone any advise on more successful tactics or is it just a case of perseverance until things warm up a bit?
