Borrow one of the boys time machines better make it the tardis and we all go and a product to invent a self filling flask so you don’t run out of tea before the evening rise tight linesA tackle shop; on the high street, owned by a bloke who knows the local waters, how they are fishing and sells season and day tickets for them. Shelves full of stuff you need and don’t really need, drawers with reel spares, rod rings and varnish, and racks of rods... new and second hand that you can put together and swish about in the back yard. There could be other customers, especially when the rivers are too high or out of season, there for a natter or bringing in a rod for repair. And, of course, small boys buying half a pint of maggots and half a dozen hooks.
