Did you read about that aussie woman who poisoned and killed her ex's parents and other family with death cap mushrooms in a Beef Wellington? 😳
Quite frankly I'd be nervous about picking and eating mushrooms, but I guess it's a learnt skill. I recall a post by April Vokey now in australia of her mushroom foraging exploits and there were many responses by local experts informing of poisonous varieties.

Yes, saw that - not sure how she thought she'd get away with it 🤷🏻‍♂️
I only eat a few varieties that are hard to mix up with anything toxic but I do see a few Death Caps most years - I posted this pic upthread a while back;
