Can anyone recommend a decent quality chest pack that won't break the bank? There seems to be lots to choose from with a huge price range so looking for personal recommendations based on actual experience of using.

Cheers

I got myself one of these Steve

For travelling light for river fishing , I think its great.
It's not too big and you would not never even notice it when you are fishing.
I fit 2 slim fly boxes , floatant , dust, mud and several spools of tippet plus you can fit a nippers and forceps to the outside.
Perfect for a few hours on the river.

Many thanks for the recommendations. I like the look of the SIMS pack - can I assume that it can be worn independently of SIMMS waders?
