after making a pigs orphan of a handlle and reel seat repair on my greys rod, can anyone advise on the best place to go for cork shives at a reasonable cost it seems to be about £15or more to make your own or £23 to buy one
at aaa grade

I got a box of prepared handles for a £10 note from Mchardys of carlisle, I got 2 decent handles and I keep the rest as spares, try them its 10 for £10,

Buy the flor, it mostly isn't but its not bad and good value at about 70p/ring
