We have just done some major work to the front end and the back end of our website and want as many people to give us feedback on the new look of the site.

The website looks good but I quickly got fed up when a few things I fancied were out of stock.

Don't hold your breath. Ordered rhea feathers couple of weeks go. Eventually got them to answer the phone 12 days after placing the order and paying for it only to find the order hadn't even been posted. 12 days?? Cancelled order and got rhea elsewhere. I won't be ordering from them again.

He can be a bit of a bu55er to get hold of, but I would imagine if the office phone isn't being answered he'll be out at a show or something.

Sorry we have been hard to get hold of we have been exceptionally busy with orders and that along with the amount of shows we have done mean that we have been slower then usual getting orders out.
We did put up information saying we were slower then usual on social media and the website but some people don't seem to read the messages.
We are nearly caught up now and are receiving loads of stock to replace the many 1000's of products that have been sold both online and at the shows over the last couple of months.
We do try to answer the phone as much as we can but we are a small business of only 5 people so sometimes we might be dealing with other calls or people.
Thank you for your continued support we have come a long way since first offering products on here many years ago and are continuing to go from strength to strength.

That's the sort of rapid response that was sadly lacking when I placed an order for two feathers and it took 12 days not to get round to posting them to me.

I didn't and went and bought a Hends GPX from another supplier - I guess business must be good if you can afford to lose rod sales :eek:mg:

Just got some nice capes form them today, couldn't be more pleased.

Absolutely cracking colour and quality feathers, not saying any more as I am after a few more next month.

I remember back when Steve Parton was supplying me stuff, an other guys were starting up that are common names now on here, we never needed anything the next day or week, and were lucky to have these guys in business helping us.
