I wondered what the opinions are on this reel, available at a good price at the moment.
Thinking of possible purchase of a 9wt on to which I’ll wind a 4wt line ( on order) with plenty of backing. This weight of reel needed to have any chance of a reasonable balance point on my cane rod.
Thanks

Not a very good quality reel. Lots of end play. BUT.... very cheap.
Let's just say you get what you pay for.
I bought one out of curiosity a while back. I use it for the odd bit of salt water FF I do, i.e. doesn't matter if it gets knackered!!

I have the small one one a 3wt rod. Seems well made, the drag system works fine. Nice and light and balances out my Maxcatch Airlite rod nicely.
Note that it does not click when winding in line - not a problem for me but I know some people like some wind-in resistance.

Absolute Bag of spanner’s but for light / intermittent use there might be an argument at that price but really not good imo, felt guilty moving my used once one on at the BFFI for £5!!
