Blimey Ged how thick am I? Just realised the OP is not in UK.I only posted that link Steven as it's Amazon US. Don't know these days how much postage from UK to US would be plus any import costs/tax. It's quite a heavy book. I picked mine up from the BFFi nearly 2 years ago now.
