Found a color (Electric Shock) that approached picric on the Rit site but that turned out to be way too green so I cut the Neon Green in half and came up with this; more of a chartreuse, which is a nice find but not quite what I wanted. I’ll try Golden Yellow instead of Lemon and see what that’s like.

hook - WFC Model 6 #8
thread - Danville 6/0 light olive
tail - bleached pheasant tail dyed nq picric (2 Tsp Rit Lemon Yellow, 1/4 Tsp Rit Neon Green/2 cups water)
rib - small wire gold
body - dubbing nq picric
body hackle - grizzly dyed nq picric
shoulder - chukar dyed nq picric

Regards,
Scott
