I am looking for pale pink countersunk tungsten beads, but cannot find any.

The only reference I can find to pale pink beads is a jig-off bead on one of the European sites.

Can someone please point me in the right direction ?

Thanks,

Jim.

Possibly a bit fiddly but could you hold the bead on a nail / cocktail stick or similar , paint with nail varnish in the correct shade then overcoat with Sally Hansen or epoxy ?

Actually Roadrunner ..... If the Salmon colour doesn't work, I will have cocktail sticks at the ready, and will have to dispatch the lady of the house for the nail varnish.

The last pale pink tungsten beads I got came from Funky Fly Tying. A while ago, but worth checking out.

Thanks Pati,
I have quantities of various pink shades in slotted and countersunk beads, but I do not have any Pale pink colours.
Pale pink is the key colour here as none of the other pinks work for the patterns I need to make.

Thanks Bob,
I looked at Funky and somehow missed the beads I wanted.
I looked again and sorted it, lots of pale pink beads there.
Stuff ordered and eagerly awaiting delivery so I can start tying the patterns I need for winter Grayling.

Cheers,

Check get slotted:
Thanks for your reply,
Get Slotted only have these in 2.8mm. However, their colour is actually called baby Pink which looks like the same colour. I must remember that when searching again.

I know the problem. I use metallic/adonised light pink beads from 1.5mm to 4mm (the small ones work best ;)) but getting the right and a persistent colour is getting hard work!!!

Anyone needing pale pink tungsten beads be mindful ....
The manufacturer who supplies many of our suppliers with pale pink tungsten beads has changed the spec for these beads.
They are now much darker than the original, to an extent that it is a completely different colour ?

Attached pic shows the difference.

The old Salmon colour pale pink has now become a standard hot pink.
