Good Morning guys/gals,
As per title I am looking to get a dt5 line to try on a couple of my rods (cane, glass and carbon) and I'm after advice from those who use them. I just want a nice supple line that is true to weight and floats well.
I know how easily these threads can get derailed so I'll state now that I am not interested in Maxcatch or any such brand. I'm not being a snob here it's just that I'd prefer to buy from one of the main players who I have used many lines from in the past (SA, Cortland etc.). And before people start to refer me to where all the particular brands have their lines made I want to say that doesn't matter to me, I'm not being elitist here I just would prefer a western made line. I have one of Luke Bannister's 4wt DT lines, UK made but by who I don't know, and it is lovely to use...he doesn't sell a 5 though.
As always, thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Simon
