Anyone have recent experience from dealing with Serious Fishing?
I ordered 3 items, all indicated as in stock on the 22nd July. The order is showing as in progress on my account and they have not answered either of my two e-mails requesting an update on my order status. Their phone nmber is an answer phone directing you to send an e-mail
I bought some stuff from them in the lockdown. They took about a month to deliver after saying the item was in stock, but it wasn't in stock. I got a message after a few days and it did eventually turn up. It's just a bit cheeky that they're taking orders (and it still seems that they are) for things that they don't have in stock. Kinda ok in April, but a bit more of an issue in August.
