Grassholme to close for 2020 and any method transferred to Hury.

Bit of a shame as I like having the space at Hury although appreciate they need to do work... Will be interesting to see if litter becomes a problem!

I don't fish any of the Nwl waters but at least they are allowing the use of payment at Hury now.
