It never ceases to amaze me just how generous and supportive the fly fishing fraternity are
I spent the best part of last season introducing and teaching a teenager to fly fish
We advertised on the forum for waders and got some perfect for the job (cheap)
I get Taylor ( the teenager) on the river leven and into the hutton rudby fly fishing club for (£10 a year) and they supplied a 7'6" 3wt greys rod and reel with line free to use until he is no longer a junior
Recently I saw an advert for a Shakespeare bag and a landing net £15 (perfect I thought)
After a couple of emails to leeren666 we met today and after flatly refusing the money he gave me (well Taylor) not only said bag and net but another landing net, priest, some flouro, two fly boxes, zinger, snips etc
All I can say is thank you for being the fly fishing community and especially to leeren you star
