Sometimes I need a slightly heavier rod, not often though... a 6/7 weight, I dont want to spend much cash, wondering what people have laying around ?

I have'nt one for sale, but seriously consider the Guideline Lpxe 9ft for a 6 four piece.

Its one of the best six weights i have cast, and comes in at less than £200.

If you're going cheaper, i'm hearing great things about the Greys GRXI range at under £100.

Personally, i would push the boat out for the Lpxe.;)

Something for a boat, say 9-10 foot, at least 3 piece though. I seen a rather nice Greys go for around 50 quid on ebay, I am thinking about there new range as they are only around 60 odd quid. I dont go out in a boat much which is why I dont want to shell out a lot of cash :)
