    Default hardy lightweight reels.

    does anyone know how much the going rate for a pair of, perfect condition, Original Hardy Lightweight reels?

    Are these the unperforated drum, pre war reels?

    no im afraid not and i have been offered these reels so i dont have images as of yet. these reels are the ones which have perferated drums.

    They could be the new models?? I have a New Flyweight and a New Featherweight, I also have an older model LRH, well not that old really! I think they are some of the best lightweight reels on the market, even though most of them are made in China. Some beautiful engineering and very lightweight. Sometimes the new reels are better made than the older British Models. JMHO of-course.
