Default Hardy JJH Triumph or Kohinoor

    Hi all

I'm looking for one of the above rods if anyone has one that they aren't using.

Reasonable condition is preferred, but I'm able to restore one with complete transfers if necessary.

    Thanks

    Sean

    Thanks Mike.

Very poor pictures and the whipping to the ferrule on the tip sections looks a bit duff so probably some work required.

Someone on here has offered me a JJH Triumph at a good price so that should do me.

Thanks to IanS I've got a nice JJH Triumph. Some test casts with modern WF lines show it to be about half way between a WF6 and a WF7. We'll see how it goes, but 20 yards is relatively comfortable even with my arm muscles infused with fast twitch carbon memory. A slooow power stroke on the forward stroke might see another 10 yards on the cast. It certainly seem capable of handling a big fish though.
