I contacted Guide a while back Sid as I was concerned about breaking the tip.
I was second owner and it would be £90 if under warranty with receipt it should be free, but out of warranty for original buyer I think was £50.
What size rod is it?

He’s been quoted £65 off angling active to get a new one direct from vision , so he’s going to contact them direct as still under warranty…

Hi All
My friend has snapped the tip of his vision nymphamaniac rod by accident yesterday .
He’s already phoned shop where he purchased from to see what he can do , they said they will try and get a price from manufacturer.
If he gets in touch with vision direct will they offer him a new section ? Or will he have to buy one from them ?
rod is about 6 months old

He snapped it whilst walking the banks , got it caught i think

 

Amazed at the number of folk who walk the banks with their fishing rod in front rather than facing behind - recipe for disaster.

 

Are you really a proper fly fisherman if you’ve never snapped a rod navigating the banks etc 🤣
