All are Ceps, hence the "Ceptimus". Often used as the base for "mushroom" soup. Handy to dry out and grind up and use in stews and casseroles.

Just gathered in another batch of ceps. From our garden this time and fresher than the first batch of biggies. Will soon be dry enough for the spice grinder.
